Recorded since 23 Sep 2026, 23:22 Vienna time, one check per minute. An outage is when a part does not respond to 2 checks in a row.

How to read the lines

The community service is the part on the server that passes questions on and keeps the daily figures. If it does not respond, questions only go to your own device.

“Devices online” counts the members’ PCs that worked for the community or waited for questions in the last 3 minutes. A question goes to the next free device, even if it is busy expanding its knowledge.

Emergency stop

The emergency stop is a switch on the server. If we press it, the server hands out no more questions and no more tasks, every program shows the reason and only answers on its own.

This page shows whether it is on and since when. In normal operation it is off.

Watch and backup

One watch checks every 5 minutes whether the service responds and restarts it if it hangs; a second one checks from outside every 15 minutes and alerts us.

What the community needs is backed up every night and kept for 14 days. How else we protect KIplatz is on How safe it is.

If something is not working

Write to support@kiplatz.at or file a report in Build. We reply as quickly as we can.

Every outage appears above with its start and duration, automatically and without glossing over anything. For bigger outages we explain the cause in the news.
